Booking a sacred journey shouldn't feel like a gamble. Pilgrims juggle WhatsApp forwards, vague price lists, and word-of-mouth references. Agents struggle to be found by the right travelers. Searchumrah brings both sides into one place, with structured listings, verified profiles, and reviews from real pilgrims.
Searchumrah is not an open directory anyone can list on. We onboard agents with a genuine, multi-year track record and a reputation for reliability among pilgrims that predates their presence on our Platform, and every agent is KYC-verified — business credentials and identity documents reviewed — before their profile and packages go live. This meaningfully lowers the chance you encounter a fraudulent or fly-by-night operator through Searchumrah.
It does not replace your own due diligence, and no marketplace can promise zero risk — read the package terms, ask questions, and check reviews before paying.
You choose how to pay. You can pay the agent directly, or use the optional "Pay via Searchumrah", where your money is held by RBI-authorised Razorpay — not by the agent and not by Searchumrah — and released to the agent only after your departure. Every agent and package on Searchumrah today is in India, and the platform is built around Indian departure cities, pricing and payment rails. The markets marked Coming soon aren't live yet — nothing is listed or sold there — but the platform is being built so that verified agents, honest pricing and gated reviews work the same way wherever a pilgrim departs from.
